Although our organization is just getting off the ground we have lots of ideas on how we can positively impact the ultimate community. Our goals involve not only making use of our personal skills and experiences but also lending a helping hand when it comes to connecting with established ultimate players/teams and their communities. As frisbee players ourselves we always enjoyed events such as alumni scrimmages and youth clinics. However, we found these events infrequent as the logistics of setting everything up often fell by the wayside. Evolve hopes to smooth out that process. We'd also love to be a resource to coaches and parents; we want to share ideas for practice structure, drills, constructive communication, etc.
